I love when I can make a delicious meal for my family without having to spend my entire grocery budget to do so. To do that, I often make cheap slow cooker meals that will do three things; fill them, keep them healthy with the nutrition that they need and taste great. Those are my big three things that a inexpensive recipe must do and over the years, I’ve gotten quite good at selecting the ones which fit that criteria and which don’t.
