Instructions
Heat heavy cream in saucepan over medium low heat until hot stirring occasionally. Do not allow to boil.
1 C. Heavy Cream
Stir in sugar and heat for 2-minutes or until fully dissolved. Whisk constantly.
1/2 C. granulated sugar
Add milk and whisk together. Allow the milk to warm slightly and remove from heat.
1 C. Milk
Add vanilla extract and stir well.
1 1/2 - 2 Tbsp. Vanilla Extract
Store in an air tight container in the fridge. Shake or stir well before use.
