  • Separate Oreo Cookies. Discard side without cream filling.
  • Place a dab of frosting on the bottom of a lifesaver to act as glue. Attach to the center of the cream area.
  • Add one brown or black M&M candy in the center of the lifesaver.
  • Use red food coloring gel to draw blood vessel lines around the eye.
