Melt white chocolate chips in a double broiler until smooth.
8 oz White chocolate chips
Once the chips are melted, mix in the Rice Krispies and blue food coloring and stir until well combined.
4 c. Rice Krispie cereal, Blue Food Coloring
Press cereal mixture into a greased mini-spring form pan and chill for 15 minutes to set the crust.
While the crust is setting, combine the powdered sugar and cream cheese in a medium mixing bowl and mix until smooth.
8 oz. Cream cheese, 1/2 c. Powdered sugar
Fold in the Cool-Whip and mix until smooth
1 1/2 c. Cool Whip
Pour over the crust and refrigerate until ready to serve.
When ready to serve, top with strawberries and blueberries if desired.
2 c Strawberries, 6 oz Blueberries
