Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove paper skins from garlic bulb, but leave the individual cloves attached to one another. Cut 1/4" off the top of bulb, stem side, so the cloves are exposed. Pour olive oil over clove and wrap tightly in foil and roast for 55 minutes or until the cloves are tender.
Cut the butter into a few pieces and add to the food processor. Cool the cloves completely slightly before gently squeezing the garlic from them into the bowl. Add the seasonings.
Pulse the food processor until all ingredients are well blended.
Serve immediately or store in an airtight food storage container in the fridge. Bring to room temperature before using. Use within 7 days.
