Ingredients

  • Hemp Cord
  • Lava Beads 3-6 mm
  • Essential Oil of your choice

Instructions

  • Cut 3 12" strands of Hemp Cord. Add one Lava Beads to one of the cords and slide it to the center of the cord. Using all three cords, tie one knot on one side of the bead.
    Hemp Cord
  • Line all three cords up in your hands matching end to end. Tie one knot at the other side of the bead using all three cords.
    Lava Beads
  • Separate the three cords slightly and push another bead onto the one that already has a bead. Tie another knot using all three cords.
  • Repeat the process until you have added enough beads to your liking.
  • When you have finished adding beads, tie a knot on each side of the cords near the end. Add Essential Oil to each bead and enjoy!
