Wash and Dry Your Face and apply a thin layer of primer with your fingers.

Using the eyeshadows, begin to layer color on your face. Start with a base of grey then move to add greens and purples. Blend well after each layer until you achieve a skin tone that looks rather undead and you are happy with.

Next, to create the eye looks, line the waterline lightly with black or grey eyeliner. Directly under the bottom lashes, use a Q-tip to apply a layer of red lipstick or red cream blush. Be careful not to get product in your eye.

Below the reddened eye, create a more defined bruised look by applying grey eyeshadow heavily followed by purple. Blend well making sure not to smudge the red you applied previously.

Decide where you want your flesh wounds to be on your face. In this spot, lay a somewhat thick and oddly shaped layer of glue. Immediately after you apply the glue, rip and apply toilet paper to the wound. Do not worry too much about it being the exact size or shape. You will fix any issues in the next step.
Elmer's School Glue, Toilet Paper
Allow the glue to dry just enough to become tacky but still workable. If the toilet paper is too large, rip it to fit whatever shape you would like your wound to be. You may add additional layers of "skin" to create the look of a ripped open wound or a deeper wound by following the same steps.
Elmer's School Glue, Toilet Paper
Once your wounds are in place, carefully use a toothpick to rough them up a bit. Slide the toilet paper or rip open small holes in the wound to give each one texture. Allow the glue and toilet paper to dry for at least 20-minutes before moving on.
Toilet Paper
Once the wounds have dried, use a face brush or beauty blender to color the toilet paper the same as your skin tone. This may take several coats since you need to take your time so you don't disturb the wound. Work in layers until you achieve a coverage that does not allow the white toilet paper to show through.
Toilet Paper, Liquid foundation
To create depth to the wound, use a brush to apply a layer of lipstick followed by grey and purple eyeshadow directly on top of the wound. To create bruising around the edge of the wound, thickly layer the eyeshadow the same as you did under the eyes.

Set your face with setting powder or spray.

Dip a washcloth into Halloween blood and bite down onto it. This will create the illusion of "feasting" and give the teeth a bloody appearance. Allow the Halloween blood to dry and off you go!
