  • Wash apples then slice leaving peel on.
  • Cook on high pressure in Instant Pot for 20 minutes.
  • Let pressure do a natural release
  • Add seasonings and puree apples
  • Saute apple mixture on low until desired thickness is reached.

Notes

If you are not a fan of nutmeg, you can omit the nutmeg and double the cloves in the ingredients.
