Hearty Slow Cooker Beef Stew Recipe

2 lbs stew beef, cubed 5 large potatoes, peeled and sliced 1 large yellow onion, quartered 5 large carrots, peeled and chopped 1 can of beef broth 1 can of water (Use the beef broth can) 1 clove garlic, diced 1 Tablespoon paprika 3 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce 1 Tablespoon sugar 3 Tablespoons flour

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs stew beef cubed
  • 5 large potatoes peeled and sliced
  • 1 large yellow onion quartered
  • 5 large carrots peeled and chopped
  • 1 can of beef broth
  • 1 can of water Use the beef broth can
  • 1 clove garlic diced
  • 1 Tablespoon paprika
  • 3 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon sugar
  • 3 Tablespoons flour

Instructions

  • In your slow cooker, place the beef in the bottom of your slow cooker
  • Add in garlic, and onion
  • Add in carrots, and potatoes
  • Pour in your water and beef broth over everything
  • Now add in your paprika, Worcestershire sauce, sugar, flour, and mix
  • Cook on low for 6-8 hours until meat is cooked and veggies are tender.
