Easy Fruit and Yogurt Bites Recipe

- 2 Cups blueberries and strawberries
- 2 Cups Greek yogurt
- 3 Tablespoons granulated sugar
- Raw honey if you're not using sugar
To prepare your fruit, place it in a colander and wash it using a fruit and vegetable wash. Let it drain then slice any large fruits into bite sized pieces. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a small mixing bowl, stir together the yogurt and sugar. If you’re using honey in place of sugar, start with 2 tablespoons and go until it is sweet enough for you.
Add a few pieces of fruit to your mixing bowl and cover each piece with yogurt.
Remove each piece, one at a time, with a fork making sure to allow the excess yogurt to fall off. Place them on your parchment paper covered baking sheet making sure they don’t touch.
Pop your baking sheet into the freezer and freeze until the yogurt is fully frozen. Remove them and place into an airtight storage container or freezer bag. Keep them frozen for the best taste.
