Woah. Have ya’ll looked at the cost of groceries without coupons lately? If not, take a look. They’re super duper, wipe your budget totally clean expensive. Luckily, I’m cheap and that helps you. Okay, maybe I’m not “cheap” to be exact, but I really, really don’t like paying for more than I have to. How does that help you? Because I’m going to share what I’ve found…and what I found is how to get OVER $100 in FREE groceries. These won’t help you out over and over again (although the post I have linked below will), but they will help you create a small buffer if you need it. Lowering your grocery bill takes work and “shopping” this way can help you do that.

Groceries are SO expensive! Get over $100 in FREE FOOD for your family to help keep your grocery budget low!

Now I do want to say that some of these will require a small shipping charge and some will be monthly memberships. The great thing about monthly boxes is that if you’re not totally satisfied, you can cancel pretty easily. I’ve done each and every one of these and love them all. I’ve had no issues whatsoever cancelling when and if I’ve needed to. 🙂 There are plenty on here that are not subscriptions though so if those aren’t your cup of tea, just skip over them. 🙂

To start? Pop over and take a look at THIS post. It will detail for you how I actually get PAID to buy groceries! Trust me….you want to read it!

Thrive Markets – While this one won’t earn you free food right away, it CAN do just that. Sign up HERE and you’ll score a referral link. Have your friends and family sign up and for each one that makes a purchase, you’ll earn a FREE $25.00 credit.

Vitacost – Head over HERE and sign up and you’ll score a FREE $10.00 credit (good on a $30 order). It may only be $10 in free food, but use it for snacks and you’ll be able to make it stretch.

Boxed – Love ordering groceries online? You will LOVE Boxed!! Head over HERE and use invite code TFAQR to score a FREE $15 credit off of your first $29.00 order!! This site carries SO much!

Betty Crocker – Each month, Betty Crocker gives out thousands of free full size food “samples.” to members who sign up HERE. You do need to be a member before they do the monthly giveaway so make sure you sign up as soon as you can.

Graze – Graze offers monthly boxes that are filled with awesome natural snacks! This is one of our favorite boxes. Use THIS link and they will give you your first box free ($1.00 shipping)

Zaycon Foods- Want to score fresh meat? Head over HERE and sign up for Zaycon Foods. You’ll get a referral link that will earn you $1.00 for each person who signs up and purchases. With meat deals as low as $1.89/lb for fresh boneless, skinless chicken breast (all natural!), you can really rack up the referral credits! (This is one of my favorite places to buy meat even if I have to pay! The quality and deals are awesome!)

Pure Rewards – Here’s another free credit for you. Sign up using THIS link and you’ll score a FREE $5.00 credit good for vitamins, supplements, snacks and more! (order required to use it)

Amora Coffee – Head over HERE and you can score a FREE bag of Amora Coffee. It does require shipping and this is a monthly order. If you’re not happy, just cancel with no issues.

Kelloggs Family Rewards – You might not realize it, but those Kelloggs products you use? They have a code on them. Sign up HERE then use those codes to save up points to score FREE product coupons for Kelloggs products. They restock coupons first of every month so you’ll need to be quick once you have enough to cash in for a coupon. Be sure you fill out your profile too because they will email you high dollar (usually dollar off) coupons every so often.

Pillsbury – Just like Betty Crocker, Pillsbury gives out 1 full size freebie EVERY month. Same rules apply as Betty Crocker so make sure you sign up HERE so that you’re eligible.

Green Chef – Do you eat organic? Green Chef will send you FOUR free meals to start! You may even qualify like I did and get 6 FREE meals! This is a WEEKLY subscription and shipping applies (my shipping was $9.00 so WELL worth it for 6 FREE meals!). You can cancel ANY time as long as you give them 7 days notice.

HoneyBaked  – If you have a Honeybaked location near you, you can sign up HERE for a FREE sandwich!

Free Atkins Bar – Head over HERE and you can snag a BOGO coupon good for a FREE Atkins Bar when you buy one!

I’m sure there are PLENTY of others out there and as soon as I come across them, I will add to this list so be sure to bookmark it! If you have an awesome site that gives away freebies (even if they have shipping), leave me a comment and I’ll take a look using your link (if you have one!).  Enjoy the freebies until then!
