Do you love a good soak in a hot bath? I do! Give me a good book, warm water and some quiet time and I’m in Heaven! What I don’t love though is paying through the roof for the relaxing bath salts that I want to use to help me relax and nourish my skin. Finding a good homemade bath salt recipe can be hard though believe it or not. Maybe I’m just really particular about what I’m putting in my bath, but I just can’t use any old bath soak or scrub!
Either they have too much essential oils in them or maybe they don’t have enough. Maybe they have too much Epsom salts in them, maybe they’re just don’t quite do what they are supposed to do. Either way, I’m quite picky about them. These bath salts recipes though are fantastic! They’re my favorites and yes, I’ve tried them all! I give myself two hours a week off from being Mom and business owner and relaxation is high on my list during those two hours.
