Ingredients
  • 1 Pound Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
  • 1 Cup Bread Crumbs
  • 1 Cup All Purpose Flour
  • 1 Tablespoon Seasoned Salt
  • 2 Teaspoons Paprika
  • 2 Teaspoons Garlic
  • 2 Chicken Bouillon Cubes Crumbled or Mashed fine
  • 1 Teaspoon Freshly Cracked Black Pepper
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Cup Milk
Instructions
  1. Rinse chicken breasts and cut into 2 inch cubes.
  2. Place the chicken cubes in a stockpot and cover with water.
  3. Season the water lightly with salt & pepper. Bring to a boil and cook for 15 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat, drain and set aside.
  5. In small bowl beat together egg and milk until mixed well and set aside.
  6. In shallow dish (I use a pie plate) mix together bread crumbs, flour, seasoned salt, paprika, garlic, chicken bouillon cubes and black pepper until well mixed.
  7. Heat 1” oil in large skillet.
  8. Dip pre-cooked chicken into egg wash with one hand and then drop into flour mixture and coat using other hand. (Try to keep a wet hand and dry hand separate if possible).
  9. Drop into hot oil and cook rotating sides until golden brown all over. Typically 2-3 minutes per side for a total of 7-9 minutes per piece.
