If you’ve been around here for any time, chances are you’ve seen me mention that we dream of having a homestead someday. There’s just something that draws me in with the idea of being away from it all, growing and raising our own food, putting down roots in a place where our kids can bring there kids and so on, but, I’m not silly enough to think that that knowledge we’ll need just happens right off the bat.

I LOVE to read so I thought that I would share my favorite homesteading and prepping books with you. These are all mainstays on my Kindle and in my bookshelf. Give them a look because I think they’ll teach you as much as they have me!
